Over 25 years of consolidated experience in real estate management, sustainability and procurement, with a focus on improving efficiency through cost reduction and organizational and digital transformation in companies of various sizes and sectors. Cumulative scope exceeding 2,000 properties and 1.3M m2 previously at AGBAR, URBICSA, CIRSA and currently as Interim and Fractional Manager under the FMBcn brand.
On a professional level, my career in Facility Management and general services has allowed me to develop a global vision of infrastructure and resource management.
